What do I do if I forgot my password?

No Problem, I do this all the time. Just press “Forgot Password“, and follow the instructions to reset.

 

Is it possible to amend my order once I have placed it?

Depending on what stage your order is at, generally before delivery, we can certainly try. Send an email with order details and change to hello@madformavis.com

 

Can I cancel my order?

Why would you want to, and can you be bribed? But if you really want to and depending at what stage of the process your order is at we will do our best. Contact us on email or phone

 

I can’t decide which size to purchase, who can I speak to?

 Check our size chart but if you need further information send us a message. We are ready to help.

 

My size in not in stock can I order one?

Shoot us an email, you never know your luck

A. Sign up to our newsletter, don't worry we won't bombard you with emails. I'm too busy to hassle you with emails.

 

Do you accept refunds?

Yes we will refund all full priced items returned within 14 days of receipt. The original payment method will be refunded.

 

Can I return a sale item?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on sale items unless the item is faulty or wrongly described. We can however offer an exchange or credit note on sale items.

Let us know and we will arrange to have the product returned and then organised a refund or exchange

If you have a gift voucher or a discount code, enter your unique code at the checkout and your discount will be automatically applied.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing will take 1-3 days. Shipping varies depending on where you are.

Domestic orders (Australia wide) 4-5 Business Days

International Orders 8-20 Days
